There exists a tutorial walkthrough of linking the Android Tower app to the Android 3DR Services app. If deployed properly, it allows you to control 3DR features using Tower as a user interface.
During this step
We need to tell gradle (the build system of Android Studio) and maven (the package management system), not to download DroneKit from existing online repo, but instead, use our local customer build.
I am greeted with an error in Android Studio.
The specific action causing this is when I change this line in the Tower Code
The error I receive is:
Error:Failed to resolve: :dronekit-android.2.5.21:
I assumed this was probably because the version of dronekit-android that I am using is not 2.5.21 (as specified in the tutorial), so I went and found the version I had, and is was 2.8.1
But I receive the same error
Error:Failed to resolve: :dronekit-android.2.8.1:
What is going on here and why wont the two pieces of software connect?
